This super quick and flavorful snack takes advantage of fresh, seasonal berries.

Yogurt Bowl

Makes: 1 serving

Per serving*: Calories 260, Protein 15g, Sodium 133mg, Potassium 274mg, Phosphorus 194mg


Ingredients

1/4 c fresh blueberries

1/4 c fresh strawberries, chopped (about 2 medium strawberries)

1/2 c (4oz) plain Greek yogurt, preferably 2% or 0% fat

2 graham cracker squares (1 large rectangle), crushed

2 TBSP unsalted walnut pieces


Directions

  1. Measure and wash the blueberries. Wash the strawberries and chop.

  2. Measure and scoop yogurt into a bowl.

  3. Top yogurt with fruit, graham crackers, and walnuts


*based on 1/2 c or 4oz of non-fat (0%) Greek yogurt
