Leszek overcame kidney failure and received a life-saving transplant from his wife...Aneta! And now they will both be running the Chicago Marathon in support of kidney health and awareness. For them, participating together in the marathon is "a true celebration of love strength, and second chances"!
We're so excited to have Aneta & Leszek on #TeamKidney & we can't wait to cheer them on at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 11, 2026!
