Nursing Scholarship
The University of Missouri Division of Nephrology is inviting nephrology nurses with no more than 3 years of experience in their current position in dialysis to submit an application for the opportunity to attend their Annual Dialysis Conference.
Recipients of this award will receive waived registration to one of the Saturday pre-conference sessions of their choice and will receive reimbursement for travel and other conference-related expenses up to $1500.
In order to be considered for selection, you must submit the following:
Completed Nurse Scholarship application available at their website or click here to complete A one-page resume.
A one-page letter of support or recommendation from your program director, nurse manager or supervisor.
A brief narrative stating how your attendance at the conference will directly benefit patient care.

All applications must be received no later than November 15, 2019. Notification of acceptance will be made after December 15, 2019.
