The National Kidney Foundation of Illinois is thrilled to announce our partnership with Cook County Department of Public Health in the Building Healthy Communities initiative.
Building Healthy Communities is a public health initiative coordinated by the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) in partnership with community organizations serving suburban Cook County aimed at advancing community solutions for racial and health equity.
Through our work in Building Healthy Communities, we will be focusing on bringing our prevention, education, and empowering programs to the communities of Chicago Heights, Dalton, Maywood, and Melrose Park.
