Please join us on Monday, July 27, 2015 for the 11th Annual Middle Market Open at Olympia Fields Country Club, 2800 Country Club Drive, Olympia Fields, Illinois.

Now in its eleventh year, the Middle Market Open™ Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, July 27 at Olympia Fields Country Club, home of the 2003 U.S. Open and this year's U.S. Amateur Championship.

The Middle Market Open Golf Tournament will attract more than 200 players from leading private equity firms, family offices, senior and junior capital providers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, wealth managers, turnaround firms, real estate brokers and business owners and managers from the greater Chicago area and beyond.

This is the only amateur golf tournament designed exclusively by and for the Chicago area middle market deal making community.

Event Schedule

9:00 am ∙ Check-In & Breakfast
11:30 am ∙ Shotgun Start
12:00 pm ∙ Grill Lunch at the Halfway Houses
Cocktails, hors d’oeuvre buffet, silent auction, raffle drawing and awards ceremony to follow golf.

Tournament Prizes*

First Place  Each player in the top twosome from the North Course and the South Course may select one of the two following fantastic prizes:

1. Each winning player and a guest will enjoy a round of golf on each of the three famed Pebble Beach courses—the Pebble Beach Golf Links, the Links at Spanish Bay, and Spyglass Hill Golf Course. You and your guest will enjoy deluxe accommodations in an ocean view room at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. Package includes a $1,000 gift card toward travel expenses.

2. Two days of instruction at the Butch Harmon School of Golf with Butch Harmon and his staff professionals, including computerized video analysis, personalized student handbook with swing photos and action items, one nine-hole playing lesson at Rio Secco with staff professionals. Winners will also enjoy a three night stay at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, transportation between Caesars Palace and Butch Harmon School of Golf and a $1,000 gift card for travel expenses.

The names of the winners’ sponsoring firms will also be engraved on the Middle Market Open™ Cup.

Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be held July 27, 2015 at the 11th Annual Middle Market Open. Winners need not be present to win and will be notified. Participation in the MMO is voluntary and is not a requirement to win. Participants must be 18 years or older. Winners will coordinate with sponsor for non-holiday play. Players are subject to the Club’s rules of attire, date & times. Valid until July 27, 2016 unless otherwise notified. Medinah #3 prize expires October 31, 2015. With regard to prizes, certain terms, conditions and restrictions may apply. The MMO Next Gen Tournament will take place simultaneously with the MMO, and participants will enjoy lunch and a round of golf at Ravisloe Country Club. Following their round, they will join MMO participants at Olympia Fields Country Club for the evening program.

Entry fees for the MMO Next Gen Tournament are included in each of the MMO golf sponsorship levels, and proceeds will benefit the Future Founders Foundation. Additional individual entries or foursomes may be purchased.
