Medical professionals, trained volunteers, and staff from the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois will be available to assist you with questions, and if necessary, can help connect you with information and resources.
Please note: you do NOT need to register for this screening in advance. If you would like to register, however, the NKFI will send you an email reminder prior to the event, to help you plan.
