Recipe: Pancakes

1 egg, separated

¼ cup milk

½ cup flour

1 tsp. margarine

Beat egg yolk. Blend in margarine, flour, milk. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into egg yolk mixture. Cook on lightly greased skillet or griddle.

Servings: 1

1 serving = 1 meat, 1 starch and 1 fat exchange
