makes 1 pitcher
2 handfuls ice
2 cups dry champagne/sparkling wine
1 1/2 cups 100% cranberry juice (or other fruit juice)
2 cups diet lemon-lime or club soda
Pour champagne into a pitcher and add ice (adding ice to an empty pitcher can cause it to crack.) Add in cranberry juice and soda. Stir. Serve in small punch cups and garnish with a mint leaf, if desired.
