We have some fantastic news! HB 2847 - the Living Donor Protection Act - officially passed both houses as of Thursday, May 16 and is ready to be signed into law!
As a reminder, this bill protects living donors from employer retaliation, insurance discrimination and other common barriers to living donation. You can read more about it here.
