This program provides Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability beneficiaries with a ticket they may use to obtain vocational rehabilitation (VR) services, employment services and other support services from an employment network of their choice.
Under the Social Security Administration there are "Work Incentives" that have been created to make it possible for people with disabilities, receiving Social Security or Supplemental Security (SSI), to work and still receive monthly payments, Medicare or Medicaid. Social Service calls this "Work Incentives".
Most people with disabilities who work, will continue to receive at least 93 consecutive months of hospital and medical insurance.

- Blind work expenses
- Earned income exclusion
- Student earned income exclusion
- Plan for achieving self-support

- Special benefits for people eligible under 1619 (a) or (b) who enter a medical treatment facility
- Reinstating eligibility without a new application
