| CHAPTER 4: | Financial Assistance Programs | |
| Topic 13 | Amgen Co-Payment Assistance |
The Amgen Co-Payment Assistance Program® is part of the Amgen Reimbursement Connection Program. Amgen recognizes that access to medication(s) for patients suffering from anemia associated with chronic renal failure (CRF) is important. Unfortunately, the co-payment obligation for some of these patients who have Medicare as their primary insurer poses a financial hardship to them and their families. This co-payment assistance program has been developed to help this particular Medicare patient population obtain access to treatment with appropriate medication(s).
