KidneyMobile Screenings
Since 2006, the KidneyMobile program has provided more than 30,000 free comprehensive screenings for high blood pressure, diabetes and chronic kidney disease, but we couldn't have done it without the help of dedicated volunteers!

Special Events & Programs
The NKFI holds several fundraising events and programs throughout the year and may be in need of volunteers. Whether you are interested in sharing your personal experience with kidney disease and/or transplantation or just want to lend a hand, please let us know!
Volunteer Profile
All volunteers for the NKFI must complete a Volunteer Profile prior to volunteering. Please click here to download and print the form. If you are unable to print the form, please call the NKFI office and we will mail a copy to you - 312.321.1500.
